Would someone be able to help us with request (635465)? We got booked into the incorrect lounge, the one we won’t be able to access and our flights are quickly approaching.
We got booked into the Airport Lounge Europe (Schengen zone) and the correct one is Airport Lounge World (non Schengen flights).

We are also requesting an earlier lounge entrance time of 8:30 am, rather than 10 am, since our flight is at noon.
