Lounge Passes

I have been trying to find out if I can book a lounge in Terminal 3 Heathrow Arrivals. The chat facility isn’t helpful; Lounge Pass does have an arrivals lounge in terminal 3 Heathrow but I cannot locate it on the website. Can anyone offer advice, or are there any THS staff reading these posts? I am arriving at Heathrow on 17th October. Thanks.
