@Itchyfeet , As I said, we’d turn up to the opening of an envelope!

Super fun and tasty meet-up with @mars at a Thai restaurant in the Hawthorne district of Portland.

@Catgoddess_99 @mars What a wonderful photo and they say the food in Portland is amazing!

Great photo @Catgoddess_99 @mars it looks like you both had a lovely time :slightly_smiling_face:

Portland is famous for their food trucks too
They are literally everywhere and I’ve eaten at a few. All the restaurant meals I’ve had here have been good.

Thanks :ok_hand:

Angela and me on Bainbridge Island. She came over to my sit for lunch today and we spent three hours gabbing away.
Anglea&me-Bainbridge Island

Lovely photo @Angela_L @mars

@mars thank you for a lovely lunch and three hours of wonderful “gabbing” conversation. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

What a beautiful sit, adorable pets and stunning views. If anyone ever has the chance to sit on Bainbridge Island it is worth exploring the possibilities.

I live one mile off of Bainbridge.

Really great meet up last week in San Diego with some of our members and a familiar face @Angela_L

@Kelly looks like you all had a fantastic time; lots of smiling faces :slightly_smiling_face: … thank you for sharing!

@Samox24 @Kiona @Olya What wonderful photos and hope you all had a lovely time. The dogs look like the stars of the show! Super cute :dog:

We had the pleasure of meeting up with @temba and her sister at Sanctuary Cove, Queensland today after having corresponded for more than a year. While we did swap some sitter stories, we were more concerned with how we all coped in the devastating Christmas night storm with over 100km winds, power still out in many areas, huge gum trees trees uprooted, house roofs taken away, roads cut and destruction everywhere we drove. We are planning for another catch up in a couple of weeks when hopefully Mother Nature has settled down a bit🤞 Welcome to summer in Queensland @temba

Well @Crookie you certainly turned on a Christmas Day we’ll not forget here on the Gold Coast of Queensland! So much devastation, as you say, with huge trees ripped from the ground, power lines down with thousands without power for days, businesses and tourist attractions closed due to damage and/or power loss. Thankfully our street was unaffected but neighbouring streets and suburbs were and it’s a sight we won’t forget in a hurry.
It was so lovely to meet you and Mr Crookie, one of the advantages of being members of the Forum. Seemed we’d known each other for years. We look forward to another catch-up soon when we move a little closer to your location for our pet sit in January.

We met up again with @Kiona in Switzerland today and our canine companions. A fantastic afternoon had by all!:dog::heart:

@Samox24
My goodness! Can this sit get any better!
