I’m a new member. I tried to share my Welcome Packet with my sitter but she can’t access it on her Dashboard. Can someone walk me through this, what have I missed?

Hi @mmdt welcome to the forum and welcome to TrustedHousesitters and congratulations on arranging your first ever TrustedHousesitters. I looked at your account and you had not confirmed your sitter that is why she could not access the Welcome Guide, you should be all set now, but do let me know if you have any more issues.
