Just wondering if anybody else is having the same problem.
I’ve just checked my THS email box and I had 3 new emails all received in the last week and I’d had no notification that they’d arrived . I’ve checked my settings and all ok ! Luckily it wasn’t a problem for me as all invitations which I now replied to .
I use the App on an IPhone
A lot of times emails from THS for me go directly in my junk mail. I now check my junk mail because of this.
Mine haven’t even arrived there.
I’ve reset all of the THS notifications settings and it seems ok now

Yes I had a couple that I didn’t get notified of. I talk with someone via email for support. No satisfactory answer. Now I try to look occ. One had been on there for 12 days. I pride myself on prompt communication. I was very upset.

If you opted out of marketing e-mails from THS you may also not get the notification e-mail.
