Hi, I have paid the sit fee for my sit, but the HO has amended the dates - which is fine. We are going ahead with the sit, but we’ve received a notification to pay an additional sit fee because it’s being treated as a new sit.
What’s my next step?

Thank you, I have done that. I just received a refund but haven’t been able to pay the fee for the new dates. It’s such a faff
Hi @lalo2025. It is a tad cumbersome but a change of dates is treated as a cancellation of the original dates and a booking of a new sit with the new dates.
As of now, you will be refunded for the old dates and charged another booking fee for the new dates. So ultimately you are only paying one fee.
Do I think this will be the case forever? No, there is language embedded in the THS policy that makes me suspicious that they may eventually try to keep the booking fees for cancelled sits. And then I’m out.
