I have not raised my prices for overnight stays in my house for 3 years. My question is when you want/need to raise prices, is it better to list the reasons you’re raising prices (i.e., cost of shampoos, puppy pads, general inflation… or simply announce prices are increasing and when?
Trusted Housesitters is a site for mutually beneficial house and pet sitting with absolutely no money changing hands. The homeowners post a listing for home and/or pet sitting and Housesitters apply and sit in the home for NO charge. This means the HO has pet care and HS has accommodation without any money changing hands.
Not sure if you mean you have an Airbnb property or something similar but this Forum and Trusted Housesitters site is definitely not something that will suit your requirements or give you a satisfactory response. You need to post on a paying site whatever one that might be but definitely not on this site.
I think reading between the lines that @Debstinydogs is a paid sitter who boards other peoples pets in her home .
Not a THS unpaid sitter .
Am I correct @Debstinydogs ?
@Debstinydogs Your question has confused the THS sitters on this THS forum who are not paid .
Reading more closely I agree with @Silversitters - the OP boards and charges for sitting dogs in her own home. @Debstinydogs unfortunately neither THS or this Forum is suitable for your question, best to ask on a relevant Facebook page or something like that.
