Couldn’t agree more @Twitcher, writing a review with how it is set-up as you have stated is really awkward and absolutely open to making errors. I got so frustrated with it and I believe it will cause both sitters and homeowners to only summarise their reviews because it’s just too clunky and frustrating to try to write a detailed review.

Yes - my homeowners are new to THS so I am fully expecting a four liner review in return. Hopefully I will be proved wrong
