I am trying to leave a review for a sitter who sat for me last weekend 5.13 - 5.115 but the system will not allow me to, either on the website or the app. Any advice? thanks. Annette
@AnnetteH I am sorry you have not been able to leave a review for your sitter last week. I have sent this to our Member Services Team to assist. You should hear from them before too long.

Hi - I have the same issue. Our sitters left last week and we aren’t able to leave feedback for them. How can we do this? The option doesn’t appear to show.
Hi @SamCatOwner I’ve just checked your account and if you log in the first thing you should see is a Pop Up asking you to leave a review for your sitter … I will DM you the screenshot of what you should see
@Angela-HeadOfCommunity do they get the prompt whether they use the app or the website? I noticed recently using the website that I get prompted to leave feedback on the website but have not had that on the app. Just curious.
