I just tried leaving feedback for three back to back sits, but each time it said “sit not saved”, and in each sit the same feedback was listed (which really wasn’t a problem as my feedback covers it all). Has anyone else noticed this?
Also, when we leave feedback, is it directed to the HO or is it written as feedback for other sitters?
The app seems to be malfunctioning. My latest homeowner said it was giving her trouble. Maybe try the website instead? I used the site to post my latest sit review and it worked.
It’s usually written as feedback for other sitters, like say an Airbnb or Yelp review.
