Secondary Contact Method Should Be Mandatory Both Sides After Confirmation

I agree and I don’t understand how this is a problem :

Once a sit is confirmed, I exchange e-mail addresses and cell info (plus my landline info as my cell is tossed in a drawer when I’m not on sits) with the homeowner. Every Single Sit.

(I don’t have whatsapp)

Why would one NOT exchange this info with a confirmed sit !?!

@toreishi Exactly. As sitters and HOs, we’ve always done that. No need to get THS involved.

Whenever a sit is agreed I always send the client my phone and email and ask them to do the same. Some clients have said in the past that they do t use the app for communication due to the length of time getting through the site. I use what the client prefers but I have never had just one way to contact them.

Same. We always do a video chat on WhatsApp and save each others numbers. Usually all communication after a sit is confirmed is through WhatsApp. It’s simply more reliable.
