Hi

Please can someone advise how I send a sitter the welcome guide and is it possible to print out a copy?

@Jannie I’ll just mention that you can only send the Welcome Guide after a sitter confirms their acceptance of your sit offer. Unfortunately, sitters can’t view the WG before the sit is confirmed.

The standard Welcome Guide is fairly cumbersome to create. I’ve had hosts who have sent me the necessary information on a doc or in an email or WhatsApp message.

If you make yours own you can send it anytime. Some sitters want to see it before they commit.

A screenshot of key sections eg responsibilities/pet care can be sent via WhatsApp as a get around if the sitter has requested this prior to confirming.
