What a cutie! Lausanne was one of my favorite cities in Switzerland. It was akin to the hilly Swiss version of San Francisco with its strategic position overlook Lac Laman. It was also close to the village I lived in 22 years ago.

Actually a few years ago and not a sit - visiting raptor rehabber near Prague. This is Omar the vulture - but not sure what kind. Also owls, eagles, hawks… I had a piece of raw chicken in my hand (not holding too tightly) and the bird flew to me to grab it. You do need both arms to land this bird.
