I accidentally sent my welcome guide to my confirmed sitter before I had filled it out. Now I have filled it out, but the “send welcome guide” button is greyed out, I’m guessing it thinks it has already been sent, which it has, but just the empty form. I have tried “editing” the welcome guide, but after edits, it still will not resend the entire thing. Help please!

It’s my understanding that sharing the Welcome Guide gives the recipient access to it in real time. Any updates, edits or other modifications will show up whenever it is viewed by those you have shared it with.

Keep in mind that you didn’t ‘send’ the Welcome Guide to your sitter. Rather, you ‘shared’ your Welcome Guide. Your sitter now has gotten access to view your Welcome Guide and whenever they access it, they will be viewing the most up-to-date version. However, there is no information on the Welcome Guide as to when it was most recently updated. So if you make updates AFTER you have already shared it with your sitter, best to let them know that you updated (and specify which section please).
