Sit Date 'color coding'

Can someone explain the coding method used for the dates? I’m clear that when the dates are in black & # of apps, they are collecting apps. And clearly understand what it means when the dates turn grey with the copy ‘reviewing apps’ But what does is mean when the dates turning grey and show no dates, nothing else?

@tetana , THS has just changed the color scheme. On the app on my Iphone, the dates are in black if the listing is live and hasn’t yet reached five applications. Then I have seen the date grayed out and a very pale green label (that’s hard to read) that says “Reviewing applications” when the listing has reached five. Finally, I see listings with no dates that say “Reviewing applications” in a nice, easy-to-read purple color.

There’s another option after its black and shows # ‘apps’ and before it turns gray with ‘reviewing apps’. It’s grey with no # of apps showing. Nothing but grey dates. it always comes up after I’ve applied so I can no longer see how many people have submitted nor do I know if they are reviewing.

The very pale green label is also on the messages sent using the THS message system, so you can’t tell if your messages have been read by the HO as you can hardly see it.

I think I get it:

  1. Black dates with # of applications: Sit is still accepting new applications
  2. Grey dates w/o # of applications identified: Sit has reached 5 applications and the system has put it on hold pending the hosts review
  3. Grey sit with ‘reviewing applications’: Host has retrieved the 5 applications and is reviewing them
