Save a search of my listing on the web. Not “favorite” but a saved search of Hollis NH.
I will post new dates tomorrow and then post here when I have.
Then we can report back as pietkulp has done above.

) Ps. I can only test on the app. I’m traveling in Vietnam atm, and rarely have my computer turned on. (similar to normal conditions as we are on the road full time)

Received on “new listing” at 10.23 your time, a minute after posting, still waiting for it on favourites. I am on laptop and android same time
Received at 10.27 UTC +7. But got another alert before that. Not surprising as I have over 4000 favorites.

So @Timshazz and I both got the “favourites” notification at the exact same time.
My first one was an alert for a different sit.
Oh! Ok then, well we both got the favourites notification at the exact same time for @HelloOutThere sit, which from what I saw using both laptop and android at the same time, it came through four minutes exactly after posting
