Sitting 5 Bengal cats

Hello
has anyone sat Bengal cats? Any tips? I’ve applied for a sit with 5 Bengal cats and wondering how much will need to go into this sit? It’s a 10 day sit
Cheers

Only a while ago, I tested sitting five cats—not Bengals, though. To my surprise (and joy), it was much easier than I could ever have anticipated. The only difference was that it took much longer to scoop six litter boxes as opposed to two.

Wouldn’t you be better asking the pet owner that question ?

Seems odd to ask people who don’t know the cats rather than the person who does, especially if the owner is on this site and reads the question here instead of direct to them.

Bengalcat.co.uk has a lot of useful information.

The Bengal and Oriental cats I have cared for needed a lot of interaction and the Bengals did like to be up high. Climbing platforms and a sky bed were available in the home. They sat on our shoulders and on top of the doors. Very amusing but more work than your average moggie.
5 indoor cats would keep you very busy in the litter tray department :joy:

They are very vocal! And a little bit wilder than the average cat. Keeping them inside is a challenge. But such stunning creatures.

I have looked after two Bengal cats. They were the most striking of cats, both were very alert and loved to jump very high. They had their own designated playroom as they were both indoor cats.
They were loving towards each other and me, both sat on my knee on an evening. I gave them five stars on their behavior, the next sitter gave them four. I found them a doddle to look after.
Just ask the owners though, all the best.

Hi @Karen65
I’ve looked after Bengal’s and done a couple of sits for Bengal cats. Generally they are super intelligent and can need a lot of interaction. Many are rather vocal.
