I get pop up notifications when one of my favorite listing is looking for a sitter. But I don’t get a sound.
Using an Android phone
I went to my phone settings for notifications for the app. Notifications are on but no option for having a sound.
I went to settings in the app, notifications are on but no option for having sound with the notification.

Our tech team sent me this screenshot on an android phone, so have a look. I would also make sure you have updated your App version as well.

I updated but still don’t have this option. I have an older mobile phone so that could be it.
