I wonder if anyone can help me please? I’ve stopped receiving a notification sound when new petsit’s are announced.
I’m using the app on an iPhone any ideas please ?

I am sorry to hear you are no longer getting notification sounds, can you please try as @anon36831737 has suggested and let us know how you get on. We can then advise some alternative options, though this is likely the culprit.

I have an iPhone and mine has been working fine for notifications. Sometimes the simple thing of - turn your phone off, let it sit for a minute, and then turn it back on - will reset it and resolve the problem, similar to rebooting a computer. I’ll also pay more attention to mine today, to see if the notifications are still working fine.

I’ve figured out what the problem was thanks. It was something to do with not being logged into TH on Facebook.
I now have notification sound back
