I have experienced this problem several times. The top star rating is n ot shown until after you have filled in all the other cateogories. And when it shows as your screenshot shows there is no way of chasnging then one star at the top to five starts. For one home owner I had to exit three times as it only showed one star on every occasion. It then eventually showed five. But this coukd be the rerason some receive a one star rating, as somebody has simply given up attempting to tune it to five.
I am not sure iof this may be a solution but I clicked on ther fifth star first on first cateogory, which resulted in five stars at the top. Wjhereas I klnow if I click one start a t a time from the first star then it always gives just one star at the top.
This is highly annoying. Nbody is going to give all five starts and then an overal star rationg of one.

Hi, I never get an overall rating first. It does not appear until after I have filled in all the othjer cateogories. After filling all the cateogories with five starts it then comes up with one star just as screenmshot shows. Have, every time I have given a reviews, had to make several attempts before the top rating shows five stars. And nobody would give all five stars and then an overall rating of only one star.

Hi @Mark_B. Did you see the photo I initially posted. This happened twice with the same host. Twice I had to ask her to email support to get this rectified. I hope you can fix it. I sit for her a lot. Thanks.
