It’s obviously erroneous though as I just created the post to mention it.
I see this every time I click on a link to see a new selection of topics at the bottom of the screen

I would suggest that you log out of the forum and back in again. This header should now disappear and be back to normal. It may have been caused by an update on the Discourse platform.
Let us know if this is still the case on your side.
