System update

Hi, I’m confused by the new update. I left a review after I sat and put a lot of thought and effort into it. It was all good, then the pet owners put their review up, but my review didn’t show up, so I had to retype it. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Am I doing something wrong?

That’s very confusing, neither review shows up until both sitters have completed their review… unless you waited to long to complete it and missed the 2 wk deadline.

@LadyElli Do you remember if you clicked on “submit” after completing your review?

When completing my reviews, I type the review in a draft email and when I have it finalized, I do a copy / paste. If a glitch happens, it serves as a backup instead of having to retype the entire review over… maybe that could be an option for future reviews.
