I don’t know what happened in the last few weeks but I am about to turn all my notifications off now.
I used to get one email every day for all my Saves Searches. Now I get at least 3-5 a day and for the same search!
I get enough emails. What happened to the daily digest when I would just get one? If this is a way to get me back into the website more often it’s actually having the opposite reaction for me (maybe others?).
I just created this account although I’ve been a member for awhile because I didn’t want to deal with creating a new account here too but here I am.
Until this gets fixed, I am turning off all notifications so I’ll be visiting less.

I agree. I’m also beyond annoyed by all the emails, many of which are duplicates since it seems the same notifications are sent from both the app and the website. Without any exaggeration, I’m receiving a minimum of 10 emails a day. (Ironically, I am still waiting for the latest survey 
).

One can switch them on and off separately.
Yes, I would also like that one back. With the photos and the direct links to the listings.

I have turned off all e-mails since this change - both the saved searches on the app and the website are now not at all useful . So I have deleted them all .

The alerts are a nuisance, but the Saved searches are still useful. One can just click them when one wants.

They would be of use to me if I could define the distance from the location that I am searching for ( within 5,10 ,20,30,50 miles radius etc ) .
Currently when looking for sits within travelling distance of a specific town the search brings up sits up to 2 hours travelling distance away . The saved search doesn’t allow sorting by distance .
Therefore I have to manually search anyway so the current saved search doesn’t provide what I am looking for .
Maybe THS plans to start charging for improved searches or to bring back a daily e-Mail as an add on ???

Yes, that is also incredibly annoying. That is why I am saving map searches in the web interface. There one can define an area of about 5 x 5 km.
Unfortunately, as a Basic sitter, I am limited to three such searches. So already now, they charge extra for “perks”.

Yes, after the 3rd day of going from 1 email to multiple, I changed my settings to have none. Especially as the new way of showing me my saved searches was no longer useful to me.
