I’ve completed several sits. I was offered one today and I receive an error that says:
You cannot confirm this sit. This may be because you have another sit confirmed or the pet parent has changed or removed the dates.
Neither of those scenarios are accurate.
I’ve emailed support but was wondering if anyone here has had the same issue.
Seems like an error or glitch at the hosts end they need to contact support for advice . Using live chat
they can ask to speak to a human .
If you or they are using the App try uninstalling the App and then re-installing it .

just curious: is this on mobile or desktop? (if it’s only happening on one, maybe try the other?)
It was both on the app and website. Live Chat button wouldn’t function on the 3 computers I tried from. Finally she just canceled it and made a new sit which worked fine.
