What can I do if the HO didn’t give enough information before the sit started and told afterward, all ok.
But in the Rreview wrote totally wrong things.
This one left almost full rubbish Container, but demanded afterward in review , that I didn’t care for that.
I cleaned up all her house, but this HO mentioned, it was just…” enough” .I left the house more clean as it was before.
If the host didn’t do something egregious and violated the platform’s THS, there’s probably nothing you can do unless you think a mistake may have been made; at which point you can communicate with the host, and possibly get them to agree to change it, at which point THS member services may intervene and modify the review.
The only thing you can do is reply in a non emotional, factual way, addressing and clarifying the issues they mention in a friendly tone. There’s no deadline for responses but you can only do it once. There are some people on this forum who are very good at writing this kind of thing. Perhaps you can get some suggestions or you can post your draft here.
