I just attempted to edit part of my Welcome Guide and was totally frustrated. In the past, when I clicked on each section, could see what I’d written before, and was able to delete or add to it easily. Somewhere in the last few weeks since I last looked, the format was changed. A live chat person said it was recently ‘updated’. When I clicked on ‘edit’, all I got was a blank space with an ‘add’ ability, and the section I was trying to edit wasn’t visible to me at all! I have an older cat, and sometimes things related to meds or feeding change. I don’t want to just add to a section because that can end up being confusing to the sitter! I told the chat person on no uncertain terms that this was not helpful or accessible. They promised to give the feedback to the IT team… Anyone else notice this problem? Was I missing something?

No one who has commented on the thread found the changes to be an improvement….
feedback is that it’s
more difficult to navigate for sitters
cumbersome for hosts to complete and edit and the new print option is not readable .

I just edited our WG on the app and can see everything that was previously there and editing was easy. What specfic part of the WG are you having issues with?
Do you know when they actually did this?
I ended up messaging the sitter who required mine, explained the problem and said I would write up something myself for the time being.
