Hello. We are fairly new to the Petsitting website. We would like to upgrade our Basic membership to Premium membership. How do we do that? I wrote to Customer support, but no answer. Please help! 
Hi Iulia - welcome to the group. If you go to the homepage of the trusted housesitters website ( not this group) and log on. Then scroll right to the bottom of the page and click on āpricingā under the help list.
Here will show the package you are currently on, then you can just click on the package that you want to upgrade to.

Hello Lulia and a big welcome to both TrustedHousesitters and the community forum.
You should be able to upgrade by logging in and going to the āpricingā option on the footer. It shows you your current plan, and then the alternative tiers with āupgradeā buttons. If youāve tried that and itās not working then membership services can help you through this.
I have forwarded your request to membership services this morning and let them know youāve already emailed so they will likely be in touch to help you with this if the above isnāt working for you. Iāll check in later to make sure you are all sorted. All the best, Vanessa
