I recently became a member and selected a standard sitter membership well today I wanted to upgrade to a premium sitter membership and mistakenly selected a standard combined membership. How do I change this? I don’t have any pets or I would keep it but I prefer to love 100 animals on this platform.
I don’t want to cancel if I will lose all of my profile information I have entered or if it would stop the verification/background process. Can anyone help guide me on what I can do to fix this? I reach out to the help chat and they just said they would send a message to the membership team and to wait 3-7 days for a reply.
