Hi @Angela-CommunityManager I need a help. I did a big mistake because I bought a owner premium plan instead sitter premium! I tried to reach you several times but the line is always busy, the “chat live” is a bot and emails i have to wait probably weeks. I need to switch the profile ASAP!! I got the premium one (the expensive!) for the customer service included but my first impression is not the best at the moment!!! If I have this kind of problem how can I speak with a someone??

I’m sorry to hear that you selected the wrong membership type, but membership services will be able to help you correct this so please be reassured in that respect. Emails are the most effective way to reach them during the pandemic, but to short cut the process for you, I have sent your details directly to them this morning and someone will be in touch to help resolve this. Many apologies for the delayed responses from Membership Services, the team being currently in a growth back to pre-pandemic strength position with a number of new agents in training and we will be back to our full service as soon as possible.
