I found a sit I want to apply to and it has future dates listed. When I pull the sit up to apply, it says “not currently looking for sitters”. Then if I return to the post, it shows the dates. I have been checking the site and I think this was posted today. What might be happening here? I have never seen this before.

There may have been a slight delay between the pausing, you viewing it, and the live listing showing. It is very unusual. However, If you can kindly DM me the listing URL in the meantime, so we can investigate to see what happened.
