Colin obviously has nothing better to do than perfect his photography skills whilst Karyo does all the work  .

Seriously @Colin, your pet photos are fantastic and I bet owners love receiving them.

So considerate of you @Cuttlefish. My swimming options at the moment are the local leisure centre or the North Sea

I am on a sit now in Las Vegas. And I barely made it. Spent the night in St. George, UT. Left in plenty of time. Terrible accident on the only highway, road, trail going from St. George, UT to Las Vegas. Hours of closure due to 2 fatalities. My daughter suggests taking a trail through the desert to get to the highway post accident. There were a few other cars going. As we got to a 40 ft gulch – like the kind they show on range rover commercials. We all went down. The Nissan going first, then the truck, then the tesla, then me. The truck went around the nissan at the bottom, the tesla followed and the truck went up the side, the tesla tried. When he backed up, thinking he could make a run at the last incline, I went around him. I barely made it in my Bronco sport. It took me 2 tries with a hit on some rocks. Luckily, no damage except to plastic guard on bottom, which bow needs to be replaced. I think the tesla and the nissan are probably still in the gulch. I wouldn’t have made it to the sit, if I had gone around, back to St. George through UT and around another way to las vegas. With all the trucks going that way, it would have taken 10 hours.

My latest hosts have shown terrific hospitality, including treating me to dinner before heading to the airport. And within two minutes of their leaving, the most social of their cats is already showing her love.

I’m told that the younger and more skittish rescue kitty takes longer to warm up. So far, she’s come up for pets and then run off. :cat:
