First of all, the survey took a lot longer than what was indicated, so those taking the survey should prepare for that before starting. But thank you TH, for providing the nice long list of competitors that I can check out now.

@TrustedTeam I never got any such email with survey. Been an active member since 2019. No email for us…are they still being sent?

Hello everyone, quick update for you. The survey has now been sent to all subscribed members. If you have not received one then you may have previously unsubscribed to emails, have not opted into emails in your settings or it may have fallen into junk, spam or promotional folders.

Feel free to reach out to Membership Services as they will be able to check your email settings, see if you are subscribed and if you are then they can see if the email was sent to you.

I haven’t got the survey, although I do get all the other emails. I even got the Would you recommend us -questionnaire just couple of days ago.

Hello Carla,

I haven’t received my survey yet and reached out to member services yesterday. They said they’d resend but that it would take a few days to arrive.

Do you know how long the survey will be open for submission?

You got lucky @sitter756 I also messaged to Membership support and got a long response that said absolutely nothing. No idea, if I’ll ever get the survey. Not a big thing, but I do like surveys :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

With the survey answers arriving to THS as anonymous, is it possible to post a link here so anyone who didn’t receive it can fill it out before the deadline?

It doesn’t work. We didn’t get the survey so a friend fwd-ed me the link. The link produced an error " You’re not eligible to participate in this survey".
Alright then, I guess our input is not needed and things have already been decided.

It may have been a single use link. If the friend already uses it, the system would know.

I haven’t received the survey either.

@Carla - I emailed support 8 days ago to ask for this survey to be sent. My email was not responded to, and I still have not received the survey. My emal settings are also completely fine.

Nope I never got it and I know for a fact I’m subscribed to all emails

Any updates on a link? I haven’t received a survey via customer service yet after my communication with them last Wednesday morning.

Thank you for everyones patience around this.

I have not been provided with a link just yet and this might be as the survey was done via a special system to keep it anonymous so I am not sure if there is a link I can share here. But if they send me one then I will post it here!

What I am doing in the meantimes is collecting all of your registered email addresses and sending them to the team.
