I feel like an idiot b/c I can’t seem to figure out how to actually SEE/READ the references that I know our friends/co-workers have made for us on our owner site. It’s not on my live page anywhere and though I know there are four confirmed “references,” I don’t know how to access them - or where someone perusing our site would see them either. All words of advice appreciated!

I’ve just checked your account, the four references are on your sitter profile, which you haven’t completed yet but the references are there I have just seen them. If you go into your sitter profile and click on “Profile Preview” you will be able to view the references.
Owners don’t have references they only have sitter feedback one a sit has been completed, sitter are the ones who can apply for external references, which we advise everyone to do in the absence of THS reviews when they first start to apply for sits.
