Account and Subscription access

I just spent a frustrating amount of time on the website trying to FIND where my account / subscription information is. According to THS website and the chatbot, you just log in, go to the Dashboard and you can access your account from there
INCORRECT.
Account information is actually hidden in SETTINGS, and is NOT accessible through the Dashboard. :frowning: This is such a basic piece of navigational information - I cannot understand why it is so poorly (and incorrectly) signposted on the site.

The chatbot was very poor in terms of providing useful information. Really low end bit of AI.
