How do I alter the stars on a review I have given?
Contact customer support or go on chat box and ask for a human. When mine showed 1 star instead of 5 they altered it.
Well, it depends. Lots missing here. You don’t specify whether you want to give more of fewer stars. Nor do you mention if the 14 day review window has passed.
If you want to alter the stars up because you realized that you have been subjected to the well-known glitch which shows 1 star when the member meant to give more, then contact support@trustedhousesitters.com.
Otherwise, if both reviews are now visible and you are not a victim of the glitch, the stars will not be changed. Especially if you wanted to lower the star rating.
