Although THS are adamant that it’s user error every time - it happens so frequently ( as reported on this forum and seen on sitters profiles )
It should really be something that THS look into investigating the cause and fixing as a priority .

@Colleen65 the overall star rating default is 1 star which you have to manually change. The overall rating is not linked to the individual category ratings unfortunately. This happens so often. Membership services will change it if you email them and explain what happened.

As so many things with THS, it’s really bad interface design.
The default must be “undefined”, so you can’t send the review without explicitly changing it. Any sane designer would have done it that way.
