I recently left feedback for my latest sitter. I have him 5 stars on all categories of the sit as he was excellent. However when I checked the star rating at the top of the page it had only given him 2 stars! I did not intend this to happen and I need to change it. Does anyone know how I can do this

Contact Member Services and explain the error and ask them to adjust it accordingly, which they should do under the circumstances.
And since it goes live immediately, let the sitter know what happened and that you’re working on it.

I think there is a problem in the current review system star rating as this is a frequently reported issue . ( see threads below )

As @ziggy mentioned, if you contact Membership Services and let them know what happened they will be able to adjust the star rating for you. It’s great that you are conscientious homeowner and are rectifying this issue for your sitter.
For reference, as a member, you can also add your TrustedHousesitters profile on to your Forum profile by following the attached link, should you wish. This will then enable others to offer you helpful advice and feedback and will also give your listing extra exposure!
