Started getting them within the past few days — telling me about how sitting works and such, while I’m doing a sit.
The second email has a subject line that doesn’t even match the photo headline, which also doesn’t match the body copy.

I think THS needs to revisit and revise their technology, period!
Hi @Maggie8K
Thanks for flagging this!
I’ve passed the details over to the team and they’re looking into what’s happened.
Jenny
Come on THS, sort this out!
This could also be a new form of phishing. The company I work for (very large corporation!) had to inform all the employees about a phishing attempt that seemed to come from our CEO, but was actually an attempt to gain info or access to our systems. Or clicking on the message might install a virus. It is not because it looks as if it comes from THS, that this is also the case.
Thanks. I checked for signs of phishing, but they seemed legit.
Maybe their AI is running amok!
Hello!
I’ve given the team a nudge and asked if there’s any more information.
I can confirm though, that it’s not a scam and it’s not AI, I think we’re leaning more towards a bug at the moment
If I get any more info from the team I’ll pop back and update.
