I’ve been logged out of the app and now when I try to get back in it either says ‘Whoops login error’ or don’t give me the option to click the sign in button. I’ve been sent two invites to do repeat sits and navigating the website is so much worse than the app and I can’t see whether I’ve accepted the invites or not. Any advice gratefully appreciated.
In the web interface, that should show on your Dashboard page, I think.
When asking about the app, it might help to say whether it is the iPhone or the android version.
Check whether you’ve got the latest version of the app. If not, update.
If that doesn’t work, contact membership services.
If you have an older phone, that can lead to problems with getting the latest versions of apps.
Personally, I use the website on late model iPads or iPhone and it works about 90 percent of the time. I use the app only to check whether a host has missing reviews and I don’t remember running into problems.

Check the website in that case. If that doesn’t work, then only membership services is likely to be able to help you.
