Curious if anybody else is having issues with the app. It worked fine and then all of a sudden a few days ago every time I would open it or link to a favorite sit alert it would make me re-log into my account when I’ve never had to do this before. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app twice, but it keeps happening.

I can’t consistently see the sits when they pop up…I click but then it goes to the search screen. I feel like I’m missing out on a lot of sits.

I just thought it was the dodgy wifi we were using on holidays that was causing the issue. I take back all the XYZ words I used about said dodgy wifi, well some of them, maybe
Just searched for this topic and adding to this thread. THS is constantly logging me out on both mobile app and desktop, sometimes a few times a day. This has been going on for months now, but I’m only commenting on it today as I’m getting very fed up with it!
With the new - and unwelcome - addition of the 5-application limit, you have to act fast to apply so when searching for a sit, I leave the page open on my laptop and revisit it regularly. It is very inconvenient to have to keep logging in again, which makes me lose the page settings I have set up.

For me, this can occur on mobile when my wifi connection is weak, but otherwise, it’s never an issue. Any chance it’s a wifi thing for you?
Happens to us too, on the app multiple times a day, slightly less on desktop but does happen as you swap pages/browsers. #veryannoying
We seem to have this every few months then it’s the devil’s own job getting back in. What helps on my phone is deleting all data history plus power down then up again. It’s irritating.
