THS connectivity/log in issues and related

I have been on the road a lot lately, and have had a lot of issues trying to log in and stay logged in, and view messages etc. I already knew that the site and app require very strong Wifi, but lately I’m having to log in fresh every single time, and the site demands I input a new code that goes to my email and yada yada.

Does anyone face this as well? If you’re at home, comfy and checking the site and/or app, sure it’s OK. Any glitches you can get back to it. But not when a sitter, particularly, is trying to book sits from one’s phone or where they’re on the go.

Can THS suggest a way to log on more simply? Is there a backend solution to my account that would help? It’s really gotten frustrating.

I’ve been planning a similar post, having the same problems. It’s annoying to be asked for a code every time you log in. My husband can only log into our account when I am around since it’s my email the code is sent to.

@weltenbummler Just don’t log out which is what I have done. It’s only occasionally I am asked to log in and do the code sent to my email.

I never log out. That’s not the problem.
