Hi, I’m having trouble logging in the App. For some reason, the App has logged me out. When I go to login again, it asks me to input a 6 digit code sent to my email.
I’ve double checked my email and it is the correct address for the account, but no emails received from THS. I’ve tried three times for them to send me a code, but nothing appears in my inbox OR spam. My email is working correctly (been sent test emails from other email accounts).
I am currently on a chat with Zainab, but they must be busy as their responses are very slow.
I frequently get logged out if we enter a poor signal zone or change countries. The other day- between countries- it took 2 hours for the code to reach me by which time the log in had expired. So I had to start the process again. Took a while but eventually I got back on. So maybe your codes are just getting delayed?
There are currently other ongoing glitches on the App so you can always as @Silversitters says go on the website instead- it seems to be a lot more stable than the app. I’m having to go on it on my phone as not currently travelling with a Laptop. Bit fiddly on such a small screen but doable.
