login verification

I have been a member for years, and now I cannot login. It says a code will be sent to my email address and nothing happens.

Sounds like a tech issue, contact the support team, or ask Frankie the chatbot to “speak to a human”.

@Evelyn this is a known issue, and has been experienced by several members. It may be a matter of your email domain, for example hotmail is problematic with the new THS 2 factor verification.

You will need to contact THS customer support on this, the best way is to repeatedly request a “human” in the chatbox.
