Hi there. I keep getting bumped off the site and having to reset my password. I want to be able to access the site via an app on my iPhone as well as my iPad but it will not let me get on. Is anyone else having these difficulties?
I have to login again several times, it happens in waves then not at all for ages. I’m on an iPhone.

Same here @Jenny it’s been like it for months. Logs you out constantly from the app. Also on an iPhone like @BonnyinBrighton #appbug

Hello. Yes. The app won’t let me on at all. When you press sign in, it never reaches a point where you can put in your details. I have re booted and taken the app off and put it on again but no joy.
That sounds frustrating! Would you mind letting me know the model of iPhone and iPad you’re using?

iphone12Pro and the THS app has always been like this for me, it’s annoying, but probably due to Apple updates maybe?
I too had a terrible time with the app (I arrange all my sits and communications via the website, on my laptop). It simply refused to recognise my username - which was my email address - or password. I contacted the tech team three times; they couldn’t help.
I dumped it and didn’t try again for several months. When, on an afternoon of boredom, I gave it another go, I discovered the problem - and it was absurdly simple:
I have a gmail email address, which is my “Username”. I was entering it as “xxxxx@ gmail.co.uk , as I usually do. But the app, for some reason, wanted “xxxxx@ gmail.com”.
I can now use the app. But I find it slow. And how you’re supposed to write applications or reviews on there, I dunno. No probs for the Yoof with their adapted thumbs, I guess..
