I just sent our profile link to someone. When that link is opened our profile shows our total number of reviews (43) however if you scroll through them they only go back 20 until they hit the references. But if I open the app without using the link I can see all the reviews. Anyone else notice that?

The app combines reviews and references, with no distinction, and labels them as reviews. The website breaks them down. Hence the reason, at least in my instance, I have far more shown as reviews on the app vs the website. Yet another inconsistency between the website and the app. ![]()
Thanks for bringing this to the attention of THS. It IS a biggie. For the HO it doesn’t give us ALL the info to consider if using a certain device. For some sitters it can effect them being considered or not by HOs. It should not be that way. Ughhhh. Glad the Comm Mgr is on it.
I’m my case, on the app the reviews are simply missing.
@Oztravels Yikes, some of the earlier ones of mine are also missing on the app. Thanks for noticing this. @Jenny, please add me to the list of ones to investigate.
@Jenny That is the same for me as only the last 20 reviews are visible before references. However, I have a feeling it has been like this for some time. It’s a nuisance because I often refer hosts in another country to check out my reviews for that country and now that is not possible for them if using the app.
This was reported on the forum and referred to tech team in August 2023 - they said they would keep us updated - but I can’t find any more updates since August 2023
