Why? The review from this sit doesn’t show on iPhone but it does on the iPad.
Also, on the “App” if I click on the “your sits little suitcase” I just get a little spinning heart. However if I log-in to the website I can set my sits on the dashboard.
Anyone else having these issues?
Hello, @ACLRJM It looks like this needs to be passed to the Membership Services team as they will be able to look into your account and ask tech for assistance should it not be functioning as it should. Hi @ACLRJM I am just checking but I am assuming you have tried logging out on your iPhone and then signing back in again? I always need to do this on my iPhone before our review shows up on there and I never have to do that with the iPad for some reason!
Yes I tried that. This evening I deleted the app, shut down the phone and my iPad, reinstalled and the app on both and it is now working.
