My app has been acting weird for a while. I don’t use a computer, just my IPhone. I can’t access my upcoming sits unless I go to the inbox and click on the email exchange. Also, I have a recent review that shows on the website but not the app. Was there a recent update, that just isn’t compatible with my phone? Thanks!
I’ve had the issue of not being able to access my sits through the app for months. When I click on ‘sits’ it just spins and never opens. My understanding is that it is a known issue that only affects some users. I don’t think there are any plans to fix it since it’s been months.
Thanks for your input. It’s very unfortunate that it’s a known glitch, that will not be addressed. A very important part of the app is allowing direct access to our sits. Going in the ‘back door’ defeats the purpose of an apps simplicity.
Simple solution…deleted app and reinstalled. Everything looks good and up to date now! All accesses are easily viewed.
