Glitch on the App?

Since yesterday I can’t open the category ‘Your Sits’ on the App. All the other sections open fine.
Anyone else noticed this too?
Its particularly inconvenient right now as we are coordinating a series of back to back sits and need to be able to see which sit is where and when! And its much quicker and easier on the phone when on the go than getting the laptop up and running.

@Lokstar, I’ve tried that function on my phone app (iPhone) and it’s working… in case it’s useful to know… Have you tried the old “switch it all off and count to 10…” method :sweat_smile:?

@Lokstar no known issues on ‘Your sits’ on the app.

Please get in touch with Membership services to report the issue you have with details of the device and version you are having issues with.

I’d like to add another glitch. My sit has just ended and they’ve rated us 5 stars in all categories (it was great and went really well) but the pet owners messaged me in a panic this morning because the overall rating shows one star (even though they put 5 for all categories ) and they can’t get a hold of anyone to fix it. I left a message through the AI chatbot a few hours ago, but haven’t received any feedback yet. This is our first time using the forum. Any help or forwarding to the right person would be helpful as we’re not as familiar with the forum yet.

@letscommunikate The owners will need to email support@trustedhousesitters.com and ask for the edit to be done. You can’t do it on their behalf.

I have a Samsung A70. I tried restarting my phone a number of times- no change.
But just now while replying here it occured to me to try uminstalling the app and reinstalling it…and Hey Presto the ‘Your Sits’ page is opening again as normal and all my confirmed sits are showing!! Phew!

@Lokstar glad its working now. I have the same phone as you so if you ever need anything tested/checked just holler.
