Oh my goodness I just spent a bit of time updating a sit. Did a nice edit, hit save only to find most of it weirdly gone.
This is now happened twice. Using my phone, about to switch to my computer and the website. I do find that the platform is quite buggy and glitchy for edits and consistency between the app and the website. That being said, I have no idea why all of my edits, which I absolutely did save, disappeared apart from one word. Gremlins.

The app and site are glitchy, so you might want to write or edit on say a Google or Word doc and paste into THS when you’re ready. Unfortunately, we have to work around various tech challenges.

Hear hear. That is what I always do. And something I also do for Trip Advisor reviews, or anything in life which has different strands, and I can prepare it in advance, adding points as they come to my mind so that nothing slips my mind before I press submit button.
