Hi there, is anyone else having problems logging into THS?
Trying to sign in my usual way (Facebook) and I get this message
App not active: This app is not currently accessible and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated

All good here in Vietnam. But I’m already logged in, so that might be the difference.

Hi Jenny. Still the same. I signed out of the app and tried on WiFi and data to sign in via Facebook and this is what I get. I can sign in with Google no problem.

There is an update about this issue. Tech has confirmed that there is an issue with logging in using Facebook. The Tech team are working on this but has advised in the meantime please log in using alternative methods.
